Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Evantix, operated by Gottumukkala Kishan, sole proprietor, of Mallavaram Lanka, Narsapuram, West Godavari, Andhra Pradesh, India. Using the app means accepting them.

01What Evantix is

Evantix is an event planning platform. It helps you discover events, book venues, and connect with service providers such as caterers, decorators and photographers. Its tender system lets you post a requirement and receive competing proposals. Evantix does not sell tickets.

02Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. You need a valid phone number or Google account, and the details you give must be accurate — other people rely on them to find you and contact you about bookings.

03Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account. Do not share your login. Tell us at support@evantix.in if you think someone else has access.

04Bookings and holds

When you book a venue, the date is held for a limited period — currently sixty minutes — so you can pay without losing the slot. If no payment is recorded in that time the hold ends and the date returns to everyone else. This is deliberate: without it, anyone could reserve a date indefinitely and never pay.

A hold is not a guarantee. Until the venue owner confirms payment, the booking is not settled.

05Payments

Venue and service bookings

These are paid directly between you and the other party, usually by UPI. Evantix does not collect, hold, process or refund that money. The app records what you tell it — an amount, a reference number — so both sides have a shared account of what happened. It cannot verify that a payment was made.

Evantix charges no commission on bookings.

Featured listings

You may pay Evantix to feature an event, venue or service listing more prominently. These payments are made to us and are covered by the refund policy.

Future paid features

We may introduce subscriptions or other charges. If we do, the price and terms will be shown before you are asked to pay, and nothing you use today becomes chargeable without notice.

06Taxes

You are responsible for your own tax obligations. Venue owners and providers dealing directly with customers are responsible for charging and remitting any tax due on those transactions. Where Evantix charges you for a service, applicable tax is shown.

07What you must not do

• Post anything false, misleading, unlawful, obscene, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• List a venue or service you have no right to offer.
• Harass, threaten or impersonate anyone.
• Use the app to arrange anything illegal.
• Interfere with the app's operation or attempt to reach data that is not yours.
• Scrape or bulk-collect other users' contact details.

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules, and remove content without notice where it is unlawful or harmful.

08Content you post

What you post stays yours. By posting it you allow us to display and distribute it within Evantix so the app can work — showing your event in a feed, your venue in search results. You confirm you have the right to post it.

09Disputes between users

If a booking goes wrong — a venue cancels, a provider does not arrive, money is disputed — that is between you and the other party. We will help where we reasonably can by providing the records the app holds, but we do not arbitrate and we cannot recover money we never held.

10Availability

We try to keep Evantix working, but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change or be withdrawn.

11Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Evantix is not liable for losses arising from your dealings with other users, from anyone's failure to honour a booking, from payments made outside the app, or from your inability to use the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12Ending your use

You may stop using Evantix and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.

13Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Narsapuram, West Godavari, Andhra Pradesh have jurisdiction.

14Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes, and significant changes are notified in the app. Continuing to use Evantix afterwards means you accept the revised terms.
