It helps if you tell us:

• the phone number or email your account uses;
• for a booking question, the venue or provider name and the event date;
• for a payment question, the UPI reference number;
• for a bug, what you did and what happened instead.

04Disputes about a booking

If a venue or provider has not honoured a booking, contact them first — their details are on the booking in the app. Evantix is not a party to that agreement and does not hold the money, but we can provide the records the app holds. See the refund policy.
