See what's on near you.
Evantix opens on what's around you — events to go to, venues free to book, and the people who run them. Find one on the map, or plan your own: post what you need and let providers bid for it.
Start with what's happening
The map is the front door. Everything else exists because, sooner or later, you want to run one of your own.
Events on a map, sorted by how close they are
Browse what's on around you or anywhere you're headed. Open an event to see when, where and who is organising it, and say whether you're going.
Put your own event on the map
Public, so anyone nearby can find it — or private, so only the people you invite can see it at all.
Book the hall
Search by date and area, see what is genuinely free, and hold the slot while you arrange payment.
Hire whoever will work it
Caterers, decorators, photographers and the rest — attached to your event or booked on their own. Or post the job as a tender and let them quote for it.
A date is free, held, or gone
Venue availability is shown as it actually is. When you book, the date is held for sixty minutes so you can pay without losing it — and the hold expires, so nobody can sit on a date they never intend to pay for.
If a hold lapses and somebody else takes the slot, you're told straight away rather than finding out later.
The people who make it happen
Caterers, decorators, photographers, sound, mehendi, priests. Search by what you need and where you need it, and see the work before you commit.
Book a provider against a specific event, or on their own for something that isn't on the app at all. Ratings come only from people who actually booked and paid.

Let vendors compete for the job
Post the requirement once — 300 plates, vegetarian, 14 December — and vendors bid against it. Compare on the same terms instead of on whoever answered the phone first.
It is the part of organising an event that usually happens over a week of phone calls, done in one place.
And the rest of it
The parts you meet once you're actually running an event.
Event page
Everything in one place: when, where, who is coming, which venue, which providers, and what is still unbooked.
Going or interested
Guests say whether they'll be there, so you know numbers before you order 300 plates.
Crew
Bring in the people who help you run events, assign them roles, and keep the same team across events.
Provider schedule
Providers see their own calendar of confirmed work, so double-booking is caught before it happens.
Venue owner panel
Your bookings, your calendar, blocked dates, payments to verify, and a record of every enquiry.
List a venue
Add your hall with photos, pricing by session, cancellation terms and the dates you're closed.
My bookings
Active, past and cancelled, with what's paid, what's owed and how long a hold has left.
Messages
Talk to the venue or provider about a booking without handing over your number first.
Following
Follow organisers and venues whose events you want to hear about.
Featured listings
Pay to put an event, venue or service in front of more people in your area.
How money works
You pay the venue, not us. Payments for venues and services are made directly between you and the other party, usually by UPI. Evantix records the booking so both sides have the same account of what was agreed, but the money never passes through us — and we charge no commission on it. See the refund policy for what that means if something goes wrong.
